You Jin-Hai (JiH) is a Taiwanese creator and entrepreneur with more than 75 million cumulative views and over 160,000 followers across platforms. He has collaborated with brands including Chunghwa Telecom, Chatime and SharkNinja. After being turned down by traditional talent agencies, You Jin-Hai decided to do it himself. He built a system that finds brands and writes outreach emails automatically, and documented the process in the series Chopstick Revolution.
The very first email the system sent led to a collaboration with SharkNinja (NYSE: SN), a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He is now building Gildr on top of that system: a KOL collaboration platform built on transparency for both creators and brands.

A question of perspective, or of the system?
Unsettled and disillusioned by Taiwan’s education system, You Jin-Hai wanted to know whether the problem lay in his own perspective or in the system itself. So he took a leave of absence to retake the university entrance exams, setting his sights on Taiwan’s top university: National Taiwan University.
But in the English section of the General Scholastic Ability Test, he misread the time and never got to write the essay. His raw score fell just two points short of the top-quartile benchmark, and NTU slipped out of reach. After weighing his options, he turned down other offers and chose National Central University, closer to his hometown of Zhongli and to his businesses, and began preparing for a WNBF physique competition. The Gilding Project documents this period of taking on academics and physique at the same time.
III. Founder, 2026
In May 2026, You Jin-Hai co-founded the sports-science brand AXIS LOGIC with a team of coaches from professional sports backgrounds, offering basketball training grounded in data and sports science.
The brand assesses players with its in-house talent analysis system, and runs day-to-day operations on its own court booking and revenue management system.
